About The Position

Sweetwater, the nation's number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking to add a Software Services Analyst to our growing IT team! In this role as a Software Services Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams to support our vendor onboarding and management process. This role will combine project management and budgeting experience with a focus on IT software and cloud expenditures. In this role, you will also be responsible for software maintenance and license assignment, ensuring that software requests from the company are addressed and resolved in a timely manner and that software needs from all departments across the organization are appropriately met. You will partner with cross department teams that consume cloud resources to ensure that those resources are being monitored and optimized to provide maximum utilization of the company's cloud spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
• 1-3+ years of experience in IT project management, software management, or related experience
• Must have strong skills and expertise in excel and reporting tools
• Ability to pay close attention to details and perform root-cause analysis for spend
• Ability to collaborate and communicate well across multiple teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience in multiple cloud platforms and advanced data reporting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for IT and tech contractor and vendor management
• Software tool administration across the enterprise
• Responsible for monitoring Sweetwater's cloud systems and identifying trends
• Running spend analysis to determine patterns and provide solutions to excessive expenditures
• Produce reporting to be utilized by IT leadership for strategic planning
