The Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to build the quality and release infrastructure behind Dexmate’s software platform and robot fleet. As software reaches more robots, releases must be qualified—not simply shipped.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering, SDET, developer infrastructure, or release engineering experience.
• Strong programming and automation skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, test frameworks, cloud/container systems, and production reliability.
• Strong debugging and failure-analysis skills.

Nice To Haves

• Robotics, autonomous systems, connected devices, or hardware/software testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD, test infrastructure, and release pipelines across cloud, edge, and robot software.
• Develop automated release gates for correctness, performance, reliability, compatibility, and system health.
• Build integration, regression, end-to-end, performance, and failure testing infrastructure.
• Improve release observability, failure diagnosis, rollback readiness, and engineering feedback loops.
• Partner with software, embedded, and robotics teams to establish scalable quality standards.
