About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Software Quality Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for enterprise web, API, and distributed systems. The role contributes to engineering quality by partnering with development teams to expand test coverage, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and support confident software delivery. This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote within the United States, with a stated annual salary range of $100,000–$150,000. Applicants may include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and candidates seeking an H-1B transfer; the company is unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 6 years of QA automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Hands-on experience automating REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
• Knowledge of containerized test environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Exposure to behavior-driven development frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Familiarity with security testing fundamentals, including OWASP and basic penetration testing.
