About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Engineer with strong Retail and Point-of-Sale (POS) experience to join our team in Irving, TX. This role requires a candidate with 6-8+ years of enterprise QA experience, focusing on both manual and automation testing within the retail domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Test applications deployed on Kubernetes environments.
• Validate scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance.
• Develop and drive BDD practices.
• Perform API, database, and system integration testing.
• Test POS workflows, transaction flows, and retail scenarios.
• Analyze Java, XML, JSON logs and monitoring data for root-cause analysis.
• Manage defects through identification, prioritization, tracking, and closure.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
• Support CI/CD and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
