Software Quality Engineer
About The Position
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Software Quality Engineer Associate to join their team supporting the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program. In this role, you will support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of languages such as C or C++. This position requires a Final Secret government security clearance and the candidate must be a US Citizen.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree required to apply
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle models
- Software Quality, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering experience in Requirements Analysis, Design/Development, Product Integration and Test
- Ability to interpret software design and code
- Must be a US Citizen

- Ability to write code in C, C++, or Java
- Microsoft Office Proficiency – Advanced use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.

- Agile/Lean Development Experience
