About The Position

Murj is an enterprise SaaS company that develops cardiac device management software to improve patient care through thoughtful design, quality, and customer satisfaction. It describes its culture as fast-paced and dynamic, with a high-performance environment that emphasizes ownership, initiative, collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. The Software Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the quality, reliability, and usability of Murj’s cardiac device management platform. Working closely with Product and Engineering, the role focuses on end-to-end functional testing, user-level workflow validation, and exploratory testing to safeguard clinical data integrity, interval tracking, and EHR interoperability. The engineer advocates for clinical users and helps ensure that software updates provide a reliable experience for healthcare providers managing cardiac devices. The role includes a first-90-days ramp-up: completing onboarding and learning clinical workflows and system architecture; executing existing test cases and participating in regression cycles; then independently authoring test cases, clarifying requirements, triaging production bugs, and improving test coverage and regression processes. Travel is expected to be minimal, at 1–10%.
