About The Position

You will be part of a best-in-class Software Development team that works on various ground-breaking technologies in Routers connecting to Cloud applications. You will have the opportunity to work with pioneering networking technologies in the areas of SD-WAN Cloud-hosted solutions. Your Impact Design, develop, and implement high quality SRE applications and tools for Cisco SDWAN management layer. Create and execute test strategies, reporting results and metrics to ensure feature quality. Collaborate with team members to determine the root cause of problems and the best course of action to resolve problems and avoid them in the future. Maintain cloud-hosted development, staging, and production environments and their monitoring and alerting systems. Apply modern, best practices in your designs and implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, combined with 7 years of related experience in Software Development Engineering in software engineering, or software engineering in test, or Master's Degree of Science Degree in Computer Science, combined with 4 years of related experience or PhD, combined with 1 year of related experience.
  • 5+ years experience in software development including specification, implementation and testing.
  • 5+ years experience in Python Programming.
  • Experience in manual and automation testing, using Python
  • Experience in testing, using Selenium, OR REST API or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in Django, and/or Linux based systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AWS GovCloud deployments.
  • Experience with SD-WAN.
  • Familiarity with various compliance - viz. PCI, ISO, SOC2, and FedRAMP.
  • Experience with AI-based automation tools.

Responsibilities
