Play a vital role in the secure design, build, and testing of software products through systematic testing and automation. Mentor peers and interns, helping to grow the next generation of technical talent. Collaborate across teams to implement and document best practices that advance end-to-end product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree +2 years of related experience, or Master’s degree + 1 year, or PhD + 0 years of related experience.
  • Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with current technologies in the primary technical domain.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing software design plans, automated scripts, and quality assurance programs.
  • Experience in CI/CD environments, including defining and enforcing quality gates.
  • Ability to work independently, provide mentorship, and collaborate effectively within and across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced knowledge of secure coding principles and threat modeling for software features.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying solutions to test reliability, availability, latency, and performance.
  • Skilled in implementing automation frameworks and conducting complex testing to uncover product defects.
  • Strong background in root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions for software issues.
  • Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
