About The Position

The Software Project Manager will be responsible for managing software projects, ensuring proper change management, risk management, scope management, and schedule adherence. This role involves daily management of project schedules and progress, cost controlling, and supporting integration phases. The position requires collaboration with various teams and customers to define software delivery plans, manage change orders, and drive projects through all phases up to ramp-up. The ultimate goal is to lead software projects to achieve defined objectives in scope, time, and cost.

Requirements

Working knowledge of intralogistics and WMS Software.
Good IT understanding.
Experience in agile methods.
Degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Manage projects with a small number of subsystems (1-2).
Ensure proper management of changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Professionally manage project risks through regular reporting.
Professionally manage project scope, including claim management.
Daily management of project schedule and progress.
Initiate and manage effective software project cost controlling.
Support the integration manager during the integration phase with regards to software specifics.
Communicate all project issues and plans.
Report progress to the GC Project Manager.
Support SRT in the evaluation of potential defects.
Collaborate with SHTL and customer to define the software delivery plan (iterations).
Define and document change orders with the customer, collaborating with the SHTL to estimate change order costs.
Drive the software project throughout all phases of a general contract project up to and including the ramp-up phase.
Lead the software project to achieve the defined objectives (scope, time, cost).
Oversee the WBS for SA, SRT, and SRTR during realization and internal order for Hub.
Collaborate closely with the SHTL during the development phases.
Perform other duties as assigned.
