About The Position

This role requires a Senior Software Programmer to organize and maintain a database with tools such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript, ensuring compliance with Federal Records Act (FRA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and Privacy Act (PA). The position involves providing software engineering and computer programming expertise to digitize scalable volumes of documentation for ingestion, retrieval, viewing, and export.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience programming, operating and maintaining databases, certificates and/or education in IBM Watson, IBM Enterprise Name Search, Java Fusion Charts, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau and Oracle
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques and modeling approaches.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud-based big data technologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of intelligence analysis processes and mission requirements.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets in complex environments.
