About The Position

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for establishing a clear direction for the product, creating roadmaps to guide the team, maintaining and grooming the backlog, presenting status to management and customers, and performing control account management. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
• 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire
• Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Strong understanding of software development process, as well as software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
• Creative thinker capable of applying new information quickly to solve challenging problems
• Comfortable providing technical leadership
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

Nice To Haves

• Agile experience
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology
• Experience with collaborative source control (ex. Synergy, GitLab)
• Experience with software requirements and documentation (i.e. Design, Development, and Test Documents and Diagrams)
• A proven track record of being an inquisitive, self-motivated engineer that is motivated by solving tough problems
• Capable of working in a collaborative environment and communicating technical concepts
• A thirst for knowledge
