About The Position

Motorola Mobility, A Lenovo Company, is one of the world’s fastest growing smartphone providers, creating groundbreaking, high-quality products and software designed and built with the global customer in mind. We are looking for a passionate, customer obsessed Software Product Manager to define and ship mobile software experiences on Motorola mobile phones that resonate deeply with consumers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
5+ years software product management experience with a total of 8+years of software industry experience.
Demonstrable experience in shipping mobile software and Android apps.
Familiar with AI/ML concepts, and big data technologies.
Experience interpreting and communicating analytics; Experience with A/B testing.
Agile/Scrum product development experience and familiarity with JIRA.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions.
Superior presentation skills and the ability to adapt messaging to technical and non technical audiences.
Demonstrable teamwork skills and resourcefulness, including strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
Self-starter and able to keep moving things forward even in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing solutions with a significant cloud component.
Should have managed experiences driven by one of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform.
Experience building or managing payments, digital advertising, financial services, subscription platforms, or other monetization products.
