Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication.
- Deep experience and discipline in leading software development processes and methodologies.
- 15 years of relevant experience.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with JIRA, SW Depot, CART, and Automet.
- Hands-on experience with SIMS.
- Background in supplier technical management.
- Eligibility for program-specific security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Direct engineering management and oversight of supplier software development projects.
- Coordinate and track supplier software deliveries, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Provide regular project status updates to Program Management.
- Manage Software Problem Anomaly Report (SPAR) metrics and support rapid issue resolution.
- Maintain and update entries in the Air System Restrictions Database (ASRD) and flight-series data modules.
- Publish and revise Interface Requirements Specifications and message format definitions in the Signal Interface Management System (SIMS).
