Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or targeted training in Business Operations for software and appliance service industries (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, proven problem-solving capability, and the ability to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Finance or Business IT is considered beneficial.
  • knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience in software and support service management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA software products is also helpful.
  • Self-starter with social and influencing abilities, work well across functional teams, achieve daily task goals, and make good independent decisions.
  • Proficient analytical skills and competence in conducting comprehensive research for management summaries.
  • Solid focus on detail, precision, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Proactive, motivated, and willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, seek new initiatives, communicate clearly and collaboratively with coworkers, sales, and other multi-functional teams (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

  • Manage software and services entitlement modifications, including ownership transfers, contract/term adjustments, end-user contact changes, and serial number updates across all applicable systems.
  • Ensure the precision and dependability of data for software and support services within applicable systems.
  • Generate and maintain operational reports, charts, and metrics for assigned areas.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product and program launches.
  • Find opportunities for process and system improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement them.
  • Support EDI purchase order submissions and sales order bookings, addressing any issues with partners to determine root causes and resolutions.
  • Assist with NFR and non-standard software evaluation requests.
  • Facilitate order processing for software and support services, which involves handling SAP backlog reports, completing orders in SAP, generating entitlements in EMS, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Deploy and manage AI systems (e.g., GenAI tools, LLM-based agents, workflow automation) into daily business operations
