About The Position

As a Lead Software engineer for the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products, with an emphasis in leading software development efforts for the Data at Rest (DAR) technology area. This role involves creative thinking with demonstrated success leading the software development life cycle, expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges, exceptional communication skills with the capacity to secure buy-in on concepts and ideas, and a collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and position others for success. The role also requires a commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others, and identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation. The position is fully on-site in the Dedham, MA facility, with some limited ability to Flex from home. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 years relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Ability to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Creative thinker with demonstrated success leading the software development life cycle.
  • Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to secure buy-in on concepts and ideas.
