About The Position

Erias Ventures is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain tools and services supporting the Atlassian product suite, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo, collectively known as SUBURBANDEVELOPMENT. The engineer will work with software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers to deliver integrations that improve productivity and streamline workflows. The position allows partial telework and requires a current Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, obtained within the past seven years. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance for this role. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least eight years of demonstrable experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating-system environment. Alternatively, five years of full-time, directly related Computer Science work may substitute for the degree, with the same experience requirement. An industry-recognized professional certification, as defined in the TT0s, may substitute for one year of experience; a master's degree in Computer Science or a related field may substitute for two years of experience.

Requirements

Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph, obtained within the past seven years; clearance sponsorship or nomination is not available for this position.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus at least eight years of demonstrable experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating-system environment; alternatively, five years of full-time, directly related Computer Science work may substitute for the degree.
Experience using the Linux command-line interface.
Experience writing Bash, Python, or Groovy scripts to automate tasks.
Experience configuring and customizing the Atlassian product suite to meet specific user and organizational needs.
Experience troubleshooting Atlassian integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.
Experience thoroughly testing Atlassian integrations for functionality, performance, and reliability under various conditions.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and mission needs.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with sustaining mission applications deployed in a Unix environment.
Experience interacting with and training external customers.
