About The Position

You’ll step into the role of Software Integration Engineer, driving the full technology development lifecycle—from system and software design to collaboration, automation tooling, infrastructure upgrades, and seamless software integration. You’ll work across a diverse set of host environments, including aircraft software, high‑fidelity simulators, and lab setups that blend constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system‑level models.

Requirements

Experience with itemized planning and prioritization of tasks that drives the efficient execution of objectives.
Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college/university in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
Experience programming in C++ and/or Java
Experience developing software on Linux
Experience with simulation software environments
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance with an Interim Secret to start.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CI tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket
Experience with Real-time software development and integration
Experience programming in Python
A strong interest in supporting software development for airborne systems
Experience with aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation, and/or weapons
Experience with Open Mission Systems
Experience leading software projects

Responsibilities

Develop, integrate, support, and debug cutting‑edge software across multiple platforms.
Own and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, ensuring builds are fast, reliable, and reproducible.
Champion virtual development labs and aircraft‑software workflows, keeping them nimble and user‑friendly.
Design and build automation frameworks using a mix of open‑source, commercial, and in‑house tools—letting you experiment with the latest technologies.
Engage daily in scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demos, sharing progress and learning with the team.
