About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Integration Engineer II to join our team! Reflexive Concepts is supporting the IMAGINEDRAGON program at Praxis GDIT, where the Software Integration Engineer will install, configure, and sustain operational services such as GitLab, Wiki, Nexus, and JFrog Artifactory within the CASA Compute Environment (CCE). This role focuses on keeping the platform's package registry and developer tooling stack reliable, secure, and ready for mission application teams.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI + FS Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and at least six (6) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment OR Five (5) years full time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a degree and have six (6) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.
  • Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux suite of tools
  • Experience developing scripts using Bash/Python to automate administrative tasks and workflows
  • Experience performing Linux System Administration including installation, configuration, and support of COTS/GOTS/FOSS products, packages, and libraries
  • Experience sustaining mission applications deployed in a Linux environment
  • Experience using Git for source control of system configurations
  • Experience creating CI/CD pipelines/workflows using GitLab CI
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker

Nice To Haves

  • Experience installing, configuring, and managing package registry COTS products such as Sonatype Nexus, PyPy, GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, etc.
  • Understanding of software packaging frameworks (maven, pypi, npm, etc.) and their associated artifacts
  • Experience deploying containerized services under Kubernetes orchestration
  • Experience with interacting/training external customers
  • Experience with IaC principles and automation tools such as Ansible
