Support for configuration, operation, and development of ground and flight test data acquisition, display, reduction, and analysis systems. Requirements
- MUST BE US CItiZEN - Sorry, Green Card Holders are not eligible to apply.
- ABET-accredited Bachelor’s + 2 years (or Master’s + 1 year) data collection/instrumentation experience related to aviation or R&D, plus CAD experience.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
Responsibilities
- Configure PCM, aircraft data bus, Ethernet, IRIG-106, and related systems.
- Review, debug, and evolve custom software (MATLAB, LabVIEW, C#, C++, Visual Basic).
- Support flight testing (pre-flight through post-flight) and potential in-flight duties.
- Oversee less-senior staff.
- Implement data acquisition controls, participate in flight testing, maintain/debug software routines, and operate electronics test equipment.
- Support equipment transport and setup (valid driver’s license; ability to lift 25 lbs).
