About The Position

Parsons is seeking a Software and Hardware Integration Engineer to support a Department of Defense program office in a government-funded software and hardware integration laboratory. The role integrates government-developed software with Government-Off-The-Shelf and commercially available hardware to enable software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop testing. This hands-on role spans embedded systems, networking, test automation, laboratory infrastructure, and mission-focused platforms. The engineer will have significant ownership of laboratory capabilities and will work with multidisciplinary teams to identify issues, evaluate technologies, and deliver reliable integration and test environments. The position requires an active Top Secret security clearance to apply; the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance before the start date.
