Responsibilities

• Leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity while evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
• Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Driving the adoption of best practices in test automation to enhance overall software quality and delivery speed.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business goals and technical requirements.
• Analyzing testing metrics and feedback to continuously improve testing processes and tools.
• Supporting and mentoring team members to build their expertise and foster a culture of quality and innovation.
• Leading efforts to integrate new testing technologies and methodologies that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
