About The Position

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic AI Solutions Orchestrator to join our high-performing and innovative team focused on designing and building Salesforce platform solutions for our Account Success teams. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation within our organization, leveraging the power of personal agents and autonomous agents to build out a digital workforce. As an AI Solutions Orchestrator, you will play a crucial role in transforming our internal use of the Salesforce platform, ensuring that our solutions drive productivity gains, time savings, and knowledge up-skilling for our Account Success teams. You don't wait for a perfect roadmap. You can identify the fastest path to getting something out the door, test it in the real world, and iterate — without needing direction. You must be passionate, fully engaged, and ready to tackle challenges head-on while solving problems independently. Genuine care for your work and a commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential. This role demands resilience, creativity, and a proactive approach, requiring you to take ownership and drive results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical experience, with at least 2 years focused on complex Agentic AI Salesforce implementations and custom data modelling.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Ability to sit with business stakeholders and translate a vague "business need" into a specific "technical data requirement" for an AI prompt.
  • Prior experience building AI Solutions and adopts an Agentic mindset when doing this work
  • Expertise in "Context Engineering": Proven ability to curate business processes and metadata into high-performing prompts that reduce hallucinations and improve CSM trust.
  • Deep Mastery of the Salesforce Platform: You must know the platform well enough to understand where the "cleanest" data lives and how to expose it to an agent
  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Proficiency in the latest AI Tooling and best practices
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must be able to explain to the product teams why a specific data point is being used to ground an agent's reasoning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and deployment governance.

Responsibilities

  • Transition from traditional technical execution into a forward-thinking, experimental role at the cutting edge of AI — operating at the forefront of what's possible
  • Quickly design, test, and iterate on Proofs of Concept with a tinkerer's mindset — identifying creative ways to weave emerging technologies into real business needs and presenting findings to inform high-level strategic decision-making.
  • Take ownership of building end-to-end AI solutions — from concept to production
  • Maintain a deep, current pulse on the broader AI landscape — spanning tools, frameworks, and trends well beyond any single platform or ecosystem
  • Craft precise, business-grounded prompts that leverage the company's specific Salesforce data structures — including custom objects, fields, and metadata — to minimize hallucinations and maximize agent reliability
  • Apply established prompt engineering techniques (chain-of-thought, few-shot, role prompting, retrieval-augmented generation) to optimize response outputs across varied use cases
  • Continuously test, evaluate, and refine prompts using structured evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, relevance, and consistency of responses over time
  • Understand and proactively account for model limitations such as token constraints, context window management, and prompt injection risks
  • Partner with product leads to deeply understand CSM jobs-to-be-done (JTBD), ensuring all AI features and agent solutions are designed for productivity gains, time savings, and knowledge up-skilling. Serve as the connective tissue between product owners and the scrum team — converting high-level AI feature concepts into grounded, actionable technical requirements and prompt specifications.
  • Maintain a master-level understanding of the company's custom Salesforce data architecture. You must know the "why" behind custom objects and fields to ensure AI agents are querying the most relevant data
  • Own and maintain accurate, up-to-date release runlists — across Production and lower environments, delegating and following through to completion as needed
  • Ensure all CI/CD pipelines remain green, all PRs are approved and merged on schedule, and code quality checks pass before any deployment proceeds
  • Represent the team in all UAT and Production Runlist review meetings, communicate feature freeze milestones, and keep release channels current and accurate
  • Follow established workflows for runlist updates and redeployment requests, securing Engineering Manager approval and maintaining proper access controls
