Requirements

6+ years of software development experience delivering production applications.
4+ years of programming experience with C#/.NET.
3+ years of experience with SQL databases and 3+ years with AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
3+ years of experience with CI/CD and DevOps, plus 3+ years working in Agile environments.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in financial services or payments technology.
1+ year using AI-assisted development tools to generate functions, classes, tests, and documentation, plus 1+ year applying AI tools to improve code quality and maintainability.
3+ years of experience translating business procedures into detailed technical specifications, 2+ years contributing to technical standards or architecture decisions, and 2+ years participating in strategic planning or technical roadmap discussions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement software applications that support business goals while analyzing business and technical procedures to create detailed development specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, designs, and supported solutions.
Code, test, debug, maintain, modify, and install software applications to ensure performance, reliability, compatibility, and alignment with technical and functional standards.
Maintain and improve existing codebases, lead peer reviews, and recommend major changes to procedures and development activities to strengthen quality and consistency.
Use AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio or ChatGPT Code Interpreter, to accelerate .NET UI development, generate documentation and unit tests, support refactoring, and contribute to strategic planning and technical discussions.
