About The Position

This role involves leading complex software programs with a dedicated team, providing technical solutions to drive software architecture, and collaborating with Product Owners to define requirements. The manager will ensure new product enhancements meet quality standards before customer release and provide timely resolution for customer issues. A key responsibility is designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and reliable infrastructure and systems to support business-critical applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in job offered or related role.
• Eight (8) years of experience in Software Development - Front End and Back End Technologies.
• Eight (8) years of experience in Front End Technologies – Angular, React, Bootstrap, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
• Six (6) years of experience in Back End Technologies & Databases – Java / J2EE, Springboot, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Four (4) years of experience in Software Architecture and Cloud Platforms – Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Software Programs alongside a dedicated team.
• Provide technical solutions to drive the software architecture for the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to define product and market specific requirements.
• Ensure new product enhancements meet quality standards before they are rolled out to the end customers.
• Provide timely resolution for customer issues.
