At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU! Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers. All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! Why This Role Matters Every day, millions of devices generate signals that tell the story of our customers' experiences on the T-Mobile network. The Device Intelligence & Geospatial Insights (DIGI) team transforms those signals into trusted data products, geospatial intelligence, and AI-enabled insights that influence how T-Mobile invests in its network, improves customer experience, and advances Autonomous Network capabilities. As the Software Engineering Manager for DIGI, you'll lead a highly technical engineering team responsible for building scalable software and data platform solutions that power critical business and technology decisions across the company. While DIGI does not directly operate or optimize the network, the team's insights drive strategic decisions that shape customer experience, network investment, device performance, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities. This is an opportunity to lead a lean, high-impact engineering team solving complex technical challenges at enterprise scale while partnering with leaders across Network, Product, Care, Engineering, and other business organizations. About the DIGI Team The Device Intelligence & Geospatial Insights (DIGI) team develops the engineering platforms and trusted data products that help T-Mobile understand what customers are experiencing on the network. The team collects, manages, and transforms large-scale device diagnostics into reusable data products, geospatial intelligence, and AI-enabled insights that enable teams across T-Mobile to identify customer-impacting issues faster, prioritize network investments, improve device performance, and measure the impact of network changes. Rather than operating the network directly, DIGI builds the software, platforms, and intelligence that help business and technical teams make better decisions.
