This team shapes and drives FaceTime's private and secure calling experience. We
do this by living on our software, developing defensible opinions on what to
build and what to change, having empathy for the countless users in the world
who rely on us every day, and protecting them from the people who would exploit
that trust.

Nice To Haves

• You have interest in or exposure to security and privacy topics, such secure coding practices, encryption, threat modeling. If not familiar, you have curiosity, drive, and ability to develop technical depth in security and privacy.
• You have familiarity with networking systems: peer-to-peer, client-server, or low-latency communication architectures
• You have experience with secure communication protocols, especially in handling untrusted data or operating in adversarial environments.
• You have interest in or experience with abuse prevention, anti-spam, or fraud detection in communication or platform products.
