About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
At least 8 years of progressive experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in technical leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects within a Fortune 50 or comparable high-performance environment.
Expertise in software development languages and frameworks pertinent to the organization’s technology stack.
Demonstrated proficiency in translating complex business requirements into effective technical specifications.
Strong experience and understanding in applying Agile methodologies and utilizing project management tools.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced problem-solving skills paired with a strategic, solution-oriented approach.
Proven experience in fostering innovation and managing team performance effectively.
Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies within technical projects.
