About The Position

Ambrook is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join their second cohort of interns. This role involves working as a valued member of the engineering team to build features that directly impact farmers across America. The internship offers an opportunity to gain real-world development experience while contributing to sustainable agriculture, with mentorship from experienced engineers. Interns will be expected to own the development and shipping of real product features, improve infrastructure, learn engineering best practices and agile development, understand agricultural finance and sustainability, and contribute to improving the development process and codebase. Within the first few weeks, interns will learn Ambrook's tech stack to deliver a standalone feature, contribute to engineering team meetings, and analyze best practices to share technical insights. By the end of the internship, they will collaborate as the owner for a full-stack feature in the core product, manage project breakdown and issue triaging, work with the Product team to influence prioritization, and gain a deep understanding of farm finance and customer needs.
