This role involves understanding current and future business operations and client needs to develop roadmaps, considering complexity, feasibility, and business value of features and functionality. The position requires providing best practices and savings to the customer relationship management (CRM) business and operations through a thorough understanding of the application. Responsibilities include performing proof of concepts for new technology adoption in CRM, providing design recommendations for highly scalable code components, and participating in technical research and analysis to align solutions with business needs. The advisor will also provide feedback and act as the principal designer for the complex CRM App development system, participate in the creation of end-to-end solutions to maximize alignment with target states and reuse IT assets, and partner with pharmacy teams to increase the quality of incoming alerts/INCs. Additionally, the role involves providing insight into the CRM PI planning roadmap, articulating technical direction and considerations, creating solutions that adhere to company security standards, providing guidance for secure coding practices, and reviewing and approving design and logic configurations. The position offers a hybrid work schedule.
