About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join a high-performing team focused on building secure, scalable, and modern enterprise applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong full-stack development experience, cloud expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, and Git
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native development
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools (e.g., GitLab)
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
• Strong understanding of API development and modern software design principles
• Experience working in secure cloud environments, including networking and security best practices
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in fast-paced environments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana)
• Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., Angular)
• Experience with Salesforce configuration or Apex

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise applications and services
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using modern technologies
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver innovative, business-aligned solutions
• Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into effective system designs
• Develop and execute unit tests as part of continuous integration practices
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support QA, UAT, and production environments
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technology roadmap initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them where appropriate
