About The Position

As a software engineer for our Titan Program, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing software for critical assets supporting an important mission for the US Warfighter. This role involves working on enterprise SW, potentially in an AWS development environment, and utilizing tools like GitLab. The position requires a strong understanding of software development processes, concepts, principles, and theories. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, comfortable providing technical leadership, and a team player who thrives in collaborative environments. There is also an emphasis on identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
Department of Defense TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire.
U.S. citizenship required.
Strong understanding of software development process, as well as software engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
Creative thinker capable of applying new information quickly to solve challenging problems.
Comfortable providing technical leadership.
Java SW Development, Maven Build Tools, VSCode IDE, REST full interface control experience.
Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
