The engineer also performs small refactorings, supports the continuous integration pipeline, contributes feedback in code reviews, helps onboard team members and develop junior engineers, assists colleagues with implementation and operational issues, communicates impediments, and participates in performance benchmark testing. The role calls for understanding the team’s vision and problem domain, along with problem-solving and innovation. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, in a hybrid work arrangement. Blue Yonder describes its environment as diverse and innovative, with opportunities to learn from industry experts and contribute to supply-chain technology projects.
