We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Backend) to join the Walmart+ team, with a focus on foundational technologies and enterprise inventory systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coding expertise, a passion for engineering excellence, and the ability to mentor and guide a large team of engineers. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our technical architecture, ensuring it aligns with business goals while meeting scalability and cost-efficiency requirements. The Member Care & Account Management team is at the center of transforming how Walmart serves its customers. We partner closely with our U.S. stores and eCommerce teams to empower associates, stores, and merchants through cutting-edge technology—while delivering dynamic, high-impact experiences that bring the full value of Walmart+ to life.
