About The Position

Infovisa, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Software Engineer to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. This role involves maintaining and expanding our flagship client-server accounting product for Windows operating systems. We are looking for a well-rounded, technically strong, and confident individual who enjoys challenges and works well with others. Developers at Infovisa are responsible for designing, documenting, implementing, testing, and maintaining code, often requiring them to wear many hats and provide general technical expertise across various domains including database design, hardware, networking, and operating systems. Individual contributions are recognized at Infovisa.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Meaningful job experience using C++ or C#.
  • Embrace the use of AI to improve code quality and productivity.
  • Enjoy working in C++.
  • Most new development is written in C# and .NET, but a large legacy C++ codebase needs maintenance.
  • Want to work alongside, collaborate with, and be part of a team.
  • Be comfortable reading and supporting a variety of programming languages.
  • Be creative and interested in all tiers of software development, from backend interfaces to user experience.
  • Be flexible and adapt well to change.
  • Be able to maintain focus and complete tasks with minimum oversight.

  • Have a genuine interest in learning more about the financial accounting business domain.
  • Have strong communication skills.
