RedRock is actively seeking a proficient Software Engineer specializing in independent work within a dynamic Agile scrum software development environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in utilizing agile development tools and methodologies to foster collaboration within Agile team frameworks.

Requirements

  • Current and active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using Angular
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using Node.js
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using JavaScript
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using Bootstrap or Material Design
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using Browser technologies (HTML, HTTP, CSS)
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using Elasticsearch
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining applications using ELK stack
  • Experience with JIRA for maintaining stories and tasks
  • Experience with Confluence for collaboration
  • Experience with Unit testing methodologies
  • Experience with GitHub for version control

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining applications using Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, Bootstrap or Material Design, Browser technologies (HTML, HTTP, CSS), Elasticsearch, ELK stack, AWS (desired), MongoDB (desired), Cypress (desired)
  • Utilizing JIRA for maintaining stories and tasks
  • Using Confluence for collaboration
  • Implementing unit testing methodologies
  • Using GitHub for version control
  • Utilizing Jenkins (desired) for automation
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, build automation, and continuous integration (desired)
  • Participating in daily stand-ups
  • Engaging in technical discussions, forums, and retrospectives
  • Contributing to routine customer meetings and ad hoc sessions
