About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a mid-level software engineer with strong expertise in Python, data analytics, and AI application development to join a technology team at a Global Financial Institution. This role will focus on designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions that combine large language models, enterprise data, APIs, workflow orchestration, and automated decision-making capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-grade Python applications, integrating AI models with enterprise systems, and developing reliable AI agents with appropriate security, observability, and governance controls.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python, data analytics, and AI application development
• Hands-on experience building production-grade Python applications
• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data
• Experience integrating AI models with enterprise systems
• Experience developing reliable AI agents with security, observability, and governance controls
• Experience with Microsoft Azure

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience developing AI agents, copilots, chatbots, or intelligent workflow solutions
• Experience with agentic AI or LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex
• Experience implementing RAG, semantic search, embeddings, chunking strategies, reranking, and vector databases
• Familiarity with vector-search technologies such as Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Pinecone, FAISS, or pgvector
• Experience working with frontier models or managed AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock
• Understanding of different agent patterns, including Router agents, ReAct-style agents, Supervisor and worker agents, and Planner and executor patterns
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop workflows
