About The Position

We’re looking for an entry-level Software Engineer to join our Boca Raton technology team. In this role, you’ll help design, build and maintain internal software applications and tools that support our business operations, working across the full stack from internal, front-end interfaces to back-end services and databases. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional business stakeholders to understand requirements, write clean and maintainable code, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvements of our internal systems. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer to grow their technical skills while working on real-world projects that directly impact our organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience
Experience/competency in building applications with Microsoft .NET Framework with a strong history of using C#
Experience building web-based applications including: Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Consuming and creating APIs
Experience working with data storage to include: Designing data models
Relational databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL
Ability to take a positive team approach to working with co-workers and adhering to our SDLC
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to adjust to changing priorities
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical requirements
Ability to respond to stakeholder, colleagues, partner and vendor inquiries in a professional manner
Ability to effectively present/demonstrate via video conference to team members, stakeholders, vendors and partners
Ability to troubleshoot and quickly identify the source of an issue/defect
Ability to translate verbal or written requirements to

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Blazor is a plus
Experience working with cloud native architectures a plus
NOSQL variants such as Dynamo a plus
Cloud storage such as S3
Familiarity with LLMs and related technologies such as MCP/UCP a plus
