Requirements

Proven hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and JavaScript
Strong understanding of core Apex concepts including triggers, governor limits, asynchronous processing, batch processing, exception handling and unit testing
Solid understanding of Salesforce security and access controls including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy and field-level security
Experience designing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware and external services
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce declarative and point-and-click capabilities including flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, page layouts and automation tools
Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving mindset with the ability to evaluate requirements and recommend practical solutions within the Salesforce landscape
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and support scalable Salesforce solutions that improve business processes, integration reliability and user experience.
Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and platform capabilities
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with platform standards and engineering best practices
Build and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative automation and reusable Salesforce components
Evaluate requirements and recommend the right balance of declarative configuration and custom development within the Salesforce platform
Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware and secure integration patterns
Apply Salesforce security, performance, scalability and governance principles across solution design and implementation
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, estimation, release planning and deployment activities
Troubleshoot defects, production issues and integration failures while supporting continuous improvement across the platform
