About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our Claims Inventory and Prioritization product team. The team is transforming how claims professionals manage their daily work by helping them prioritize the right work at the right time, improve customer outcomes, and manage claims proactively through modern, intuitive technology. The product currently supports injury and express claims operations, with planned expansion into total loss, personal injury protection, medical payments, fire, and other claim areas. This is a high-visibility opportunity to help grow an enterprise product while shaping its cloud modernization. You will support an architecture that includes Python-based AWS Lambda functions, Java Spring Boot APIs, and a React user interface, while helping evolve selected capabilities into containerized, cloud-native services. This modernization work will also provide opportunities to learn and apply Go where it is the right technical fit. Working in a data-rich claims environment, you will help identify practical and responsible uses for generative AI and AI agents, including intelligent automation, improved testing, developer productivity, and new product capabilities. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will own complex solutions from design through production, mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and collaborate across product, business, and technology teams to scale the platform.
