Requirements
- Extensive experience in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration.
- Proven ability to lead system-level technical execution, ensuring architectural integrity and operational excellence.
- Strong expertise in software development lifecycle, DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous delivery practices.
- Demonstrated skills in debugging, problem solving, and driving reliability engineering initiatives.
- Ability to mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and high-quality standards.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to technical ownership, sound judgment, and continuous improvement in complex environments.
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Option 2: 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and platforms.
- Translate domain-level strategies into system-level implementations ensuring architectural integrity and reliability.
- Drive operational excellence through technical guidance, code reviews, and strategic architectural decisions.
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices to ensure resilient, observable, and performant services.
- Mentor engineers to foster a culture of innovation, high standards, and continuous learning.
- Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks and improve system scalability and developer experience.
- Collaborate across teams to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing tools, processes, and methodologies.
