Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
- 1–4 years of professional software development experience. Strong new grads who can show they pick up new technologies quickly are encouraged to apply.
- Strong experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js/Express), plus iOS development with Swift and/or React Native.
- Experience with development for both web and mobile, specifically iOS
- You stay calm under pressure and do well in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale features for our AI medical scribe, using cutting-edge LLM models to create accurate, structured clinical notes.
- Build polished, responsive user experiences across our web and iOS applications.
- Build and maintain robust infrastructure for audio processing, cloud services, and integrations with enterprise EHR systems.
- Lead projects from zero to one in a fast-paced environment, working closely with product and design teams.
- Work directly with customers: join calls, gather feedback, and turn it into product improvements quickly.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and external stakeholders.
