About The Position

We are hiring a Software Engineer where you will work in a cross-discipline environment, building world-class full-stack software in partnership with our hardware and analysis engineers, and ultimately to support our customers. You will have an extremely high level of autonomy over software architecture, performance, and implementation for our product, where we leverage AI to automate every step of the engineering process to produce end design deliverables for the construction of large scale capital projects such as utility scale power and data centers. This role is based in-person in San Francisco, CA. We are in office 5 days per week.

Requirements

• Experience building full-stack applications, database, and cloud infrastructure entirely yourself.
• Experience living at the frontier of AI coding agent model capabilities, and actively trying to push the boundaries.
• Experience building engineering or manufacturing software for products in the physical world.
• Excitement to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, and embrace extreme ownership.
• The ability to prioritize impact by ruthlessly finding the bottlenecks to solve the most important problems.
• Hands-on builders that can speak to the excruciating minutia and details of their work, and excited to execute instead of manage/organize others work.
