About The Position

As a software engineer for the NC3 business segment, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing the next generation of NC3 strategic deterrence systems. This role involves research-oriented work, alongside award-winning teams developing practical solutions for our nation’s security. The position is based in our Taunton, MA location with occasional travel to our Dedham, MA location.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Familiarity with Linux.
  • Familiarity with DevOps-based development and deployment of systems from CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiar with virtualization and/or containerization (Hypervisors, Kubernetes/workload orchestration, etc.).
  • Networking skills - either able to describe networking concepts and/or have experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, etc.
  • Strong understanding of software development process, as well as software engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
