Turing is seeking a Software Engineering evaluator to create datasets for training, benchmarking, and advancing large language models, working closely with researchers. The work involves curating code examples, supplying solutions, correcting code primarily in Rust and also in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, and Go, and evaluating and refining AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability. The evaluator will collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise-level AI-driven coding solutions, build agents that assess code quality and identify error patterns, and evaluate model capabilities across stages of the software engineering cycle. The role also includes designing verification mechanisms that can automatically validate solutions to software engineering tasks. This is a flexible contractor engagement requiring at least 10 hours per week and allowing up to 40 hours per week. The initial duration is one month, with potential extensions based on performance and fit. Candidates must be based in the US, Canada, or the listed WEU countries: Austria, Belgium, France, or Germany. The application process takes 15–30 minutes and requires completion of an AI video interview.
