The Customer Experience AI (CxAI) group within Dynamics 365 is pioneering the next generation of AI-powered CRM experiences. We build intelligent tools and extensions that bring customer service data and workflows directly into AI-native interfaces, helping agents and organizations work smarter and faster. Our work spans full-stack development, from backend service integrations and APIs to rich, accessible front-end components, all built on top of Microsoft 365 and Azure. We are at the intersection of conversational AI, enterprise software, and modern cloud services, with a focus on responsible AI and scalable, production-grade engineering. We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, build, and ship full-stack AI-powered features that integrate Dynamics 365 CRM data into Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences, from backend MCP tool handlers and Dataverse APIs to accessible, responsive React widgets rendered inside conversational AI surfaces.
