Responsibilities

  • Support the complete lifecycle of software intensive distributed computing signal processing systems to include design, development, integration, validation and verification, installation, and maintenance in accordance with ISA engineering processes.
  • Work in a collaborative multi-disciplined team environment including software, systems, and signal processing engineers.
  • Produce and capture various design, implementation and test artifacts.
  • Participate in peer reviews of design, implementation and test artifacts.
  • Support the integration of these artifacts into the system(s) under construction.
  • Support the installation of these systems at ISA factories as well as customer facilities.
  • Respond to change requests and defect reports from installed systems.
  • Work on open-ended tasks and are expected to self-start some tasks, working independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to architecture and design.
  • May be expected to have some interactions with external stakeholders.
