About The Position
We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience, along with 8+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in large-scale distributed systems. This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and modern data platforms. Strong experience in data modeling, segmentation, and analytics/data engineering is essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a senior individual contributor on complex, cross-team initiatives, possess strong communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority. The ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-impact environments is also crucial.
Requirements
