We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise across front-end, middle-tier, and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate has full-stack development experience, thrives in Agile environments, and is proficient in building secure, scalable systems using modern frameworks and databases. This role offers telework flexibility - specific hours will depend on tasking for each sprint. This position may allow for partial telework. Up to 16 hours per week, however telework hours will depend on tasking for the sprint. A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with the following software development skills: Git, Java, C++, Python
- Relational database, such as Postgres SQL
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
Responsibilities
- Assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components
- Generating & reviewing software/technical documentation
- Working in an Agile software development environment
- Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified software
