At Capgemini, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that drive business value and enhance client experiences. You will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are seeking an experienced EDI Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EDI transactions, mapping, integration technologies, and business-to-business (B2B) communications to facilitate seamless data exchange between customers, vendors, and business partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in EDI development and support.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, and EDI transaction processing.
• Hands-on experience with EDI platforms such as IBM Sterling, Gentran, Seeburger, Cleo, OpenText, or BizTalk.
• Experience in EDI mapping, translation, and integration development.
• Good understanding of AS2, SFTP, SFTP, FTP, and other B2B communication protocols.
• Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
• Experience integrating EDI solutions with ERP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain EDI maps, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement and support EDI transaction sets such as X12, EDIFACT, XML, and ANSI standards.
• Work with trading partners to onboard, troubleshoot, and validate EDI transactions.
• Monitor EDI processes and resolve production issues to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
• Develop integrations between EDI systems and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Perform EDI mapping, transformation, and translation using EDI tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement EDI solutions.
• Maintain documentation for EDI processes, mappings, and trading partner specifications.
• Ensure compliance with EDI standards, security, and data integrity requirements.
