About The Position

TickPick is a fast-growing technology company that is revolutionizing the secondary ticket marketplace by offering better prices and saving customers money on service fees. We are seeking a Software Engineer who is early in their career but has a proven ability to build. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the full stack (API, web, and mobile) and utilize AI coding agents as part of the development process. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, takes ownership, and is excited by the prospect of making a direct impact on a rapidly expanding company. We are building a lean, high-output engineering team focused on innovation, transparency, and cost-effectiveness in the ticket marketplace.

Requirements

0-3 years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent experience through internships, open source work, freelance work, or substantial personal projects.
Strong proficiency in at least one of C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, or React, with a desire to work across the full stack.
Experience using AI coding agents in a workflow and ability to discuss their impact on building or learning.
Demonstrated ability to turn ideas into working software (shipped product, side project, internship work, open source contribution, etc.).
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) is a plus.
Azure Cloud Platform experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute across the entire stack, including .NET APIs, React/Next.js web, and React Native mobile.
Utilize AI coding agents daily for implementation, debugging, code review, and learning new parts of the codebase.
Pair with senior engineers and AI agents to solve complex problems.
Help build and improve agentic workflows, such as testing loops, code review pipelines, and internal automation.
Design and develop new APIs and product features.
Create integrations with third-party providers (e.g., fintech, ticket brokers, primary marketplaces).
Explore and implement ways to personalize the user experience, including event notifications, recommendations, and pricing alerts.
Identify and automate tedious engineering tasks to allow the team to focus on higher-impact work.
Use data to drive decisions in business logic.
